Starter:

Mini Savory Biscuit Duo – A cheddar-chive biscuit topped with roasted red pepper tapenade butter and a delicate canapé with whipped herbed cheese and cucumber.

Main:

Smoked Salmon Biscuit Benedict – A cheddar-chive biscuit layered with smoked salmon, poached egg, and lemon hollandaise, served with a petite arugula salad.

Dessert:

Biscuit Bread Pudding – Warm, custardy biscuit bread pudding finished with a champagne sabayon and fresh berries.
